Where does Wholeness go? Wholeness is always present, but when we can’t feel it, our healing feels like a job, our anxieties and fears skyrocket, and we become limited in our beliefs. Healing is a way of life; it’s a practice, and it’s necessary. Healing can feel nearly impossible when we can’t feel our Wholeness. My life’s work is to bring the awareness and felt sense of our Wholeness into every Being in our therapeutic time/space together. Everyone’s healing is unique, but our sense of what Wholeness feels like remains consistent in my 23 years of experience. It’s a sense of deep relaxation and the knowing that we will be ok.
We don’t think about all the things we need to do to relax…we just relax. When we relax, we allow the intelligence that is responsible for healing us to heal us. We replace spinning minds with quiet and still. We may notice nature more, as it reflects balance to us. We may be joyful, even if we are “sick.” It is in this place that spontaneous healing is possible, and we stay true to our own journeys.
I have seen clients go from very weak to very strong in a short time based on this principle of feeling Whole again. I have also seen things fall apart and reorganize around their health. I want to hold your hand and help you stay focused, open, and relaxed as your body heals. I commit to deep listening and attunement in every session.
